Men’s tennis wins regular season finale

Scott Watkins Staff Writer The Troy men’s tennis team capped the regular season with a 6-1 win at home over the Tigers of West Alabama. Troy’s four seniors all participated in Senior Day, with three notching victories. The Trojans won five singles matches and then grabbed the doubles point with two match wins. The Troy men’s tennis team bounced back from a 4-0 loss to South Alabama with wins over Columbus State and Alabama A&M at home. With the wins, the Trojans improved to 12-10 overall this season. Men’s tennis team wins big at home

Scott Watkins Staff Writer The Troy men’s tennis team returned to the comforts of home on Saturday and ended its three-game losing streak with wins over Georgia Southern and Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. Men of Troy pick up pair of weekend road wins

Michael Shipma Sports Editor The Troy men’s tennis team snapped a five-match losing streak by defeating UT-Chattanooga on Friday and Jacksonville State on Sunday. The Trojans won both matches on the road, topping Chattanooga 4-0 before winning 4-3 in Jacksonville. The team now looks forward to a three-match home stand and will play those in as many days this weekend.
