New parking lot may postpone Rec Center

The Troy University Police Department will start using a new system for its tickets and decals through Adirondack Solutions beginning Nov. 2 or 3. According to Dean of Student Services Herbert Reeves, the University will add about 600 parking spaces in a new lot.
