This week’s recipe is thanks to Mrs. Hawkins book, “The Tastes & Traditions of Troy State University.” Ingredients 1 lb hot sausage 1 lb mild sausage 1 lb processed American Cheese 1 tsp dried oregano 1 loaf white bread Instructions Cook sausage and drain Add cheese and melt, add oregano Remove crust from bread and slice into four pieces Place bread on cookie sheet, toast Spoon sausage and cheese mixture on toast, broil for 1 minute Enjoy!
