need to constantly be on the go and blow off
dinner. Take a breath. Get a snack. Relax.

texted you earlier! You've had some time to
think of a response. You don't want them to
think you're ghosting them.
Capricorn: It's been a rough week. Don't
worry about it. It'll all be over soon enough.
Then, you'll be able to lay down and do
nothing. Relish it.
Aquarius: Your roommate doesn't like
that your alarm goes off ten times at full
blast. Maybe be mindful of that tomorrow
morning.
Pisces: Keep cruising along! Life's been
good recently, so keep that energy going!
Just don't forget you have things to do, like
classes and homework.

because life is moving fast doesn’t mean
you have to race it. Maybe a brisk walk or
a slow jog will do. Either way, slow down

do. That could be as big as planning a trip
