Andrea Hammack Staff Writer Lilly Barnett Contributor Selected Troy University students traveled to Spartanburg, South Carolina, last week to participate in the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF) that was held from Feb. 6 -9. Troy has been participating in the festival since the 1980s. Each year, students from numerous universities all over the United States are chosen to compete and show off their abilities.
