The three-round tournament, hosted by Kennesaw State, featured 12 top-100 teams, including the No. 91 Trojans. The Trojans fell 15 shots behind No. 23 Purdue, who took the top spot, but topped many other prestigious programs such as Ole Miss and Virginia Tech. Wesley Kirchharr Staff Writer The Troy women’s golf team placed fourth out of 12 teams at the Idle Hour Collegiate Championship in Macon, Georgia. The Trojans finished three shots behind the host Mercer Bears, who claimed first place on Tuesday, and shot an overall 304-293-303.
