Tropolitan Player of the Week

by Dylan Seymore This weekend the Trojan baseball team hosted the USC-Upstate Spartans. The Trojans completed the weekend sweep over the Spartans winning 5-2, 15-9, and 10-0. Every Trojan in the starting lineup recorded a hit against the Spartans, the first time since March 9, 2022, against Jacksonville.  Shane Lewis was a major contributor this weekend. Baseball swings into action

Troy University’s baseball team bashed 10 home runs on the way to an opening weekend sweep of the University of Evansville, and dismantled Alabama State University 10-2 on Tuesday.  Second-year head coach Skylar Meade has yet to lose a game on opening weekend, going 7-0 in games to start the year.
