The Trojans (6-2, 0-0 Sun Belt) are just one shy of the school record for longest unbeaten streak of seven games. Troy started the weekend with a 3-1 win over Jacksonville State on Friday, Sept. 12. Ty Ammons  Staff Writer  The Troy soccer team defeated Gardner-Webb 1-0 in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, on Friday, Sept. 5. Late in the second half, junior midfielder Jasmine Fahrnbauer and junior defender Kirsten Rendall assisted with the only goal. The goal was headed in by junior midfielder Alissa Jones in the 84th minute of the game.
