Troy Arts Council holds outside concert downtown

Taylor Boydstun Staff Writer Troy Arts Council (TAC) hosted a free show on the Square in downtown Troy on Thursday, Sept. 1, to kick off its upcoming series of fine arts concerts. The concert, open to the public, provided an opportunity for patrons to buy season tickets and enjoy free music and food.
