Wally Pendergrass Staff Writer   The Trojan volleyball team lost two matches over the weekend, extending their losing streak to 11 games, while junior libero Ali Dowdall received her second Sun Belt Defensive Player of the Week award. Troy played Sun Belt Conference leader UALR in a Trojan versus Trojan match in the Trojan Arena on Friday, Oct. 17. Wally Pendergrass Staff Writer  The women’s golf team surged up the leaderboard on the final day of the JU Classic to grab second place, while the men’s golf team finished fourth in a rain-shortened AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic on Monday, Oct. 13. The women went into the final day, Tuesday, Oct. 14, in sixth place. The team shot a 297 on the final day to climb up the leaderboard and finish   second.
