Philosophy Society talks abortion laws in South

Rakshak Adhikari Staff Writer The Philosophy Society organized a movie screening of “Trapped” that chronicles the struggles of abortion providers against so-called “Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers” (TRAP) laws legislated by Southern states. The documentary by Dawn Porter was screened on Tuesday, Sept. 19, and was followed by a discussion. The discussion, which was attended by about 25 people, was led by Jay Valentine, an assistant professor of philosophy and religion.
