Wesley Kirchharr Staff Writer The Troy women’s golf team placed 13th out of 20 teams at the Palmetto Intercollegiate in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. It shot a collective 59-over 923, scoring 307-303-313 over the course of a competitive three rounds of play. Senior Fátima Fernandez Cano led the Trojans, tying for 19th place with an 8-over 224 score. The Trojans finished 17 shots behind the host Missouri Tigers, who claimed first place, and 290-295-296 over the course of three rounds.
