Wes Fortson Staff Writer   Troy fell to in-state rival, South Alabama, Friday night, Oct. 24, by a score of 27-13. The Trojans hurt themselves on the field with 10 penalties for a total of 100 yards and they only converted on four of 15 third down conversions.
